1. Delivery methods and costs

 


Expeditions are made exclusively via express courier to the address specified by the customer, anywhere within the territory of Romania.

 

  • Standard delivery cost: 15 lei (home delivery).

  • Free shipping for orders over 99 lei.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 


 

2. Processing and Shipping Time

 

 

  • Comenzile plasate în zilele lucrătoare sunt procesate și expediate în 1-2 zile lucrătoare.

  • Comenzile plasate în weekend sau în zilele nelucrătoare sunt procesate în următoarea zi lucrătoare.

  • Timpul estimat de livrare este de 1-3 zile lucrătoare din momentul expedierii.

 


 

3. Order Confirmation and Tracking

 

 

  • You will receive a confirmation email after placing the order.

  • After shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number of the package and the tracking link.

 


 

4. Delivery issues / address change

 

 

  • Pentru orice modificare a adresei sau probleme legate de livrare, te rugăm să ne contactezi cât mai repede la silviu@maiafermentata.ro or by phone 0750454538.

  • If the provided address is incorrect and the package cannot be delivered, the customer will be responsible for the cost of a new delivery.

 


 

5. Damaged / undelivered package

 

 

  • If you receive the package damaged, please take a photo of it and contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

  • If your order does not arrive within 5 business days from shipment, please contact us to investigate with the courier company.
