La Maia Fermented, we want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer you the possibility to return the product within 15 days from the receipt of the order.

 

📦 Return Eligibility

 

To be able to return a product, it must meet the following conditions:

 

• It must be in the same condition as it was delivered

• Do not use or unseal

• Must have intact tags and original packaging

• Must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

❗ Items that cannot be returned

 

The following products are not eligible for return:

 

• Custom or made-to-order products

• Produse desigilate din categoria personal care

• Card gift

🚚 Defective or incorrectly delivered products

 

Dacă ai primit un produs defect, deteriorat sau greșit, contactează-ne imediat după primire la silviu@maiafermentata.ro. We will analyze the situation and do everything possible to quickly resolve the issue.

 

🔁 Exchanges

 

To make an exchange, please return the current product first. After the return is approved, you can place a new order with the desired product.

 

🇪🇺 Right of withdrawal (EU)

 

Conform legislației UE, ai dreptul legal de a returna produsul în termen de 14 days calendar days from receipt, without providing a reason. The return conditions remain the same: the product must be in new, unused condition, in the original packaging, with intact labels.

 

💳 Refunds

 

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded through the original payment method, within a maximum of 10 business days.
